Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver
Organizer: Strikers Badminton Club
Venue: Arise Sports Complex LLC (542 Koomey Road, Brookshire, Texas)

1. Introduction
This Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Strikers Open Badminton Tournament (the “Tournament”), organized by Strikers Badminton Club (“Organizer”) and hosted at Arise Sports Complex LLC (“Facility”). By registering for and participating in the Tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration
● You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. ● Participants must meet eligibility criteria defined for the Tournament (age, skill level, category, etc.). ● Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian accept this Agreement on their behalf. ● The Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke participation due to safety concerns, misconduct, or violation of rules.

3. Nature of Activity and Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that participation in badminton and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: ● Physical injury (sprains, fractures, muscle strain, collisions) ● Slips, trips, and falls ● Equipment-related injuries ● Dehydration, fatigue, or heat-related conditions ● Risks associated with indoor sports facilities and gym environments You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Tournament and use of the Facility, including any associated warm-ups, matches, or incidental activities.

4. Health and Medical Responsibility
● You certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Tournament. ● You agree to seek medical advice if you have any condition that may affect your participation. ● In case of emergency, you authorize the Organizer and/or Facility to obtain medical treatment on your behalf. ● You accept full financial responsibility for any medical care received.

5. Food, Beverages, and Allergies
● The Organizer may provide food, snacks, water, and beverages (including sports drinks such as Gatorade) during the Tournament. ● Participants acknowledge that food and beverages may be prepared, handled, or sourced from third-party vendors or shared environments where common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens) may be present. ● The Organizer and Facility do not guarantee allergen-free food or beverages. ● Participants are solely responsible for: o Monitoring their own dietary restrictions and allergies o Determining whether to consume any provided food or beverages ● By consuming any food or beverages provided, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with food allergies, intolerances, or adverse reactions. ● To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Arise Sports Complex LLC and Strikers Badminton Club from any liability arising out of or related to the consumption of food or beverages during the Tournament.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to: ● Follow all Tournament rules and instructions from the Organizer and their Volunteers and referees. ● Demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and fair play at all times. ● Refrain from abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited: ● Alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping within the Facility ● Unsafe or reckless behavior ● Damage to property Violation may result in disqualification without refund.

7. Facility Use and Personal Property
● Participants agree to comply with all rules and policies of Arise Sports Complex LLC. ● The Facility may include badminton courts and gym areas; participants acknowledge shared use risks. ● You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. ● The Organizer and Facility are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

8. Photography, Video, and Media Release
By participating, you grant permission to the Organizer and its partners to: ● Capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during the Tournament ● Use such media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes You understand that: ● No compensation will be provided for such use ● If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event

9. Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you agree to: ● Release and discharge Strikers Badminton Club, its organizers, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and representatives ● Release and discharge Arise Sports Complex LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to: ● Participation in the Tournament ● Use of the Facility ● Any injury, illness, loss, or damage (including property damage or personal injury) This includes claims arising from negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and Facility from any claims, demands, damages, or legal actions brought by: ● Yourself ● Your minor child (if applicable) ● Any third party arising out of your participation in the Tournament.

11. Acknowledgment of Legal Rights
You acknowledge that: ● You have carefully read this Agreement in full ● You understand that you are waiving significant legal rights, including the right to sue ● You are agreeing voluntarily and without coercion ● You have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice if desired

12. Minors Participation
If accepting this Agreement on behalf of a minor: ● You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian ● You consent to the minor’s participation ● You accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct ● You agree to all terms of this Agreement on behalf of the minor

13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Final Acknowledgment
By checking the box and submitting the registration form, you confirm that: ● You have read and understood this Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver ● You agree to all terms stated above ● You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation ● You waive and release liability as described
